The night before, with Fontainebleau's day club privately reserved for the evening. Speakers, partners, and a small group of attendees gather for the first conversations of the week.
Drinks, dinner, and unhurried conversation poolside at Fontainebleau's Mediterranean restaurant. The day doesn't end at 5 — the most useful conversations rarely happen in the room.
A hands-on builder day in Wynwood with long-form talks, workshops, and deeper conversations around Bitcoin tech. More technical and intimate than the main summit.
A private afternoon cruise through Biscayne Bay with skyline views, ocean air, and one last chance for relaxed conversation before everyone heads home. Shuttle from the Fontainebleau lobby to Bayside Marketplace; departs from Miami Tour Company.
Curated collaborations with organizations aligned on bitcoin. More to come.
Twenty oceanfront acres on Collins Avenue. Designed by Morris Lapidus in 1954, named to the National Register of Historic Places, and a fixture of American glamour ever since — from Goldfinger to Sinatra at La Ronde to a billion-dollar renovation that preserved every curve.
Fontainebleau serves as the home base for the week, with the summit, dinners, and after-parties all on-property. Offsite programming stays close: the bitcoin++ builder day in Wynwood and the closing Biscayne Bay boat tour are both a short ride away.
Likely, yes, if you've spent serious time around bitcoin in some capacity: builder, allocator, founder, business owner, writer, operator, or serious learner.
It's also for thoughtful newcomers who want to go deeper. If you care about bitcoin, want better conversations, and are curious about why so many people dedicate their lives, capital, and careers to this network, you'll fit in.
No.
Miami Bitcoin Summit is a bitcoin-only conference. That doesn't mean you have to already agree with every bitcoin maximalist take to attend. In fact, part of the point is to help thoughtful people understand why bitcoin is different from the rest of crypto.
But this is not a place for token pitches, altcoin shilling, or "crypto" panels dressed up as bitcoin education. Many attendees will be bitcoin maximalists, meaning they believe bitcoin is meaningfully different from every other digital asset and that most of the crypto industry is either unnecessary, misleading, or outright harmful.
All are welcome. Shilling is not.
Because bitcoin is different from the rest of crypto in ways that are economic, technical, and ethical.
The fixed supply, proof-of-work, fair launch, lack of a controlling foundation, credible neutrality, decentralization, and monetary purpose all matter. These are not small differences. They are the core of why bitcoin has become the world's most important monetary network.
We'll be diving deeper into those specifics at the conference. The goal is not just to say "bitcoin is different," but to explain why.
One topic. Deeper conversations. No shitcoin tourism.
The large conferences are great at being large. Miami Bitcoin Summit is intentionally different.
This is a curated, one-day, single-stage event with roughly 300 seats, a premium speaker lineup, and a format designed around actually being in the room together. No expo hall. No competing tracks. No wandering through a massive venue hoping to catch the right person at the right time.
The smaller scale means you are more likely to meet the speakers, have real conversations with other attendees, and leave with relationships instead of just notes.
Think premium, curated, tighter-knit, and high-signal.
Fair question.
While Miami Bitcoin Summit is new, the organizers have experience putting on bitcoin events, including Bitcoin is for Everyone, a grassroots bitcoin education conference held over the last two years.
For this first year, we're focused on earning trust the right way: a confirmed landmark venue at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, a premium speaker lineup, transparent pricing, a clear refund policy, and a format that is intentionally realistic for year one.
We're not trying to be the biggest bitcoin event in the world. We're trying to create one of the best rooms.
Registration, breakfast, and morning coffee begin at 7:30 AM.
The main program runs from 9 AM to 5 PM with keynotes, panels, and fireside conversations on a single stage. There will be proper breaks between sessions, and lunch will be a buffet, with more details to be announced.
Most importantly, lunch will be long enough that you can actually finish a conversation.
The afternoon closes with a keynote talk and closing remarks before the evening After Party at La Côte. For those who want to keep the night going, late-night LobbyCon continues afterward at Bleau Bar.
Every summit ticket includes the full Friday program, breakfast, lunch, coffee, drinks during the day, and access to all main-stage sessions.
The ticket tiers differ by release timing and price, not by what you receive during the summit.
No. The Welcome Dinner, After Party, bitcoin++ builder day, and Biscayne Bay boat tour are ticketed separately.
You can attend as many or as few as you want. The summit is designed to stand on its own, but the side events are there for people who want the full week experience.
See the Side Events section for details.
The week is built around a few smaller, more social gatherings:
Each event has its own ticket, capacity, and format. See the Side Events section for details.
That's the hope — and it's one of the main reasons we're keeping the event small.
Of course, we can't control every speaker's schedule or guarantee every conversation. But a 300-person, single-stage conference creates a very different environment than a massive event with thousands of attendees, VIP rooms, expo halls, and multiple competing tracks.
The smaller scale gives attendees a much better chance to meet speakers naturally during breaks, lunch, side events, and the evening program.
Yes. Talks will be recorded, uploaded to YouTube, and made public after the event.
We will also record Q&A, but we will not film the faces of attendees asking questions. The goal is to preserve the value of the conversation while still respecting attendee privacy.
The stage is fair game. Photograph and post freely.
The audience is not. Please ask before photographing, filming, or tagging fellow attendees, and respect anyone who declines.
We take privacy seriously because many of our attendees do.
Smart casual, Miami edition.
No one needs to show up in a suit, but the summit is at Fontainebleau, the speaker lineup is strong, and you may end up meeting people you actually want to impress. So maybe leave the beach shorts and flip-flops for the pool.
Dress like you're going to a beautiful hotel to meet serious bitcoiners — because you are.
Fontainebleau Miami Beach hosts the summit, and we've secured a preferred-rate room block through February 5. The booking link is in the Venue section.
